1. Use approved channels

Communicate with families about bookings, links, and lesson notes only through Tutorly Bird's approved systems.

2. Never request a child's personal contact information

Do not ask children or parents for personal phone numbers, email addresses, social-media handles, or home addresses.

3. No private contact outside the platform

Do not contact students or families privately outside of Tutorly Bird. All scheduling and session communication happens through the platform.

4. No exchange of personal social-media accounts

Do not connect with children or families on personal social-media platforms.

5. No off-platform meetings

Do not arrange in-person or off-platform meetings with children or families.

6. Professional, age-appropriate communication

Keep all communication kind, respectful, and appropriate for children ages 4–8.

7. Report safety concerns

Report any safety concern, inappropriate behavior, or boundary issue to Tutorly Bird administration immediately.

Concerns about a tutor's conduct can be reported any time through the Report a Safety Concern page and go directly to Tutorly Bird administration.
