Reading tutoring — your questions
What age is the reading tutoring for?
Tutorly Bird reading sessions are designed for children ages 4–13, from pre-readers to early chapter-book readers. Sessions are short, warm and paced for little attention spans.
How long is a reading session?
Choose 30 or 45 minutes. Younger or newer readers often do best with 30 minutes; 45 minutes works well once a child can stay focused a little longer.
Do parents stay during the session?
Parents manage everything — booking, scheduling and progress — from their dashboard. You're welcome to sit nearby, but your child just needs a quiet space and a device.
